First Aid Set for Rubens Babys

Encourage your child to identify bodily sensations using the Rubens Baby First Aid Kit. Communicating pain and other sensations requires language skills - verbal and nonverbal. Role-playing is a great way to support children in practicing and developing communication skills for them to gradually put into use in their daily life. Communicating pain is especially complex since it requires combining thoughts, feelings, and sensations to make sense of a situation. Rubens Baby doll accessories were specially developed with experts to help children practice the above-mentioned skills.

Pretend play is essential to help children develop creativity, grow their imagination, strengthen problem-solving skills, and understand events more logically. Rubens Baby dolls, doll clothes, and supporting doll accessories have been developed to inspire educators, professionals, and parents to teach children sequencing, body awareness and emotional intelligence through role-playing.

The designers at Rubens Barn are dedicated to helping children become confident and compassionate individuals. This is why each Rubens Barn product has been developed to help increase creativity and empathy as well as self-awareness through play.

The set includes (all made of plush or fabric): a fold-open bag with handles in the shape of a first aid kit, a thermometer, a gauze bandage, two different plasters and a cool compress for the forehead. Inside, six pictures show what the pieces are for, including a knee with a plaster, a hand with a gauze bandage and a child with a thermometer and cool compress. Children can play doctor and look after their doll.
