¹Customs clearance:

Orders are shipped as DHL Premium Parcel. Our shipping costs include the basic customs processing for dispatch. Import VAT, customs duties, and any additional fees charged by customs authorities or the local carrier in the destination country are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

¹Important notice:

Orders with a net merchandise value of more than €1,000.00 are unfortunately not possible. This is due to additional customs requirements for higher order values, which involve more complex processing. Shipping costs are not included when calculating the merchandise value.

² Finland and Sweden – DHL Closest Drop Point:

For shipments to Finland and Sweden, delivery is made exclusively to the nearest DHL Closest Drop Point (an authorised DHL collection point); delivery directly to residential addresses is not possible with this service.
